• Pre-certification should be done at least 10 days prior to a scheduled admission or within 48 hours for emergency admission. Failure to pre-certify will result in a benefit reduction.

• DOBSON & ASSOCIATES CANNOT GIVE BENEFITS OR VERIFY ELIGIBILITY FOR SERVICES!
